container指向其他元素并且type设置confirm类型时，点击【确定】【取消】按钮失效，原因是按钮点击后寻找tooltip绑定目标元素是使用 btn.parents('.sui-tooltip').prev();
由于指定container后tooltip元素并不在绑定元素下面，所以使用.prev()查找失败。
望尽快修复
