Add back missing "easy questions" from syllabus guide. #1

Like "What is REST?", "What are the 4 transaction Isolation levels?". If someone wants to add those back, feel free. Most people will gather those while studying pretty easily though.

This would involve scanning the guide and comparing the doc to the guide. Then editing the doc to add the questions as well as the answer. I will be happy to review and push your pull request. Thanks!
