docs: Include signer implementations in reference documentation #640

We should document how to import each Signer implementation (HSMSigner, GCPSigner, etc).

I think it would make sense for the reference documentation to include the class docstring and the public import methods docstrings for each Signer
Everything else is more or less user invisible so likely does not need to be in reference docs
