I’m testing your program BEAR for the simulation of metagenomics reads data. When using error_quality.pl <error_rate_file>, I get two files as below (only 1 line for file err.qual and uniform probability in file err . matr) . I think that is not correct but I don’t know where is the problem and how can I fit it. Have you any suggestion?
