Root user - change password

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The root user password generated during the installation process is currently not one-time. The expected behaviour is for the password to be temporary and require a change upon first login. Although a temporary password behaviour can be enabled for the root user, this currently breaks E2E tests.

Describe the solution you'd like

• The root user password is temporary and requires changing upon first login
• Root user can change/update their password within the app
