  1. Do not use this repo, still on 2.1.1, 2.1.9 on Magento Marketplace
  2. Add https://marketplace.magento.com/sendinblue-module-sendinblue.html to your account
  3. composer require sendinblue/module-sendinblue

Markeplace version is out of date for Magento 2.4.4+
You'll also need to install composer require laminas/laminas-crypt to get it going again until they update it
