dripCampaignActivate throws and error when the recipient is added more than once

The bug is because the response is a regular string that you are trying to JSON.stringify

The content of the buffer is 'Cannot activate recipient on campaign more than once.'

Hello Saulo, this issue was addressed for the release of version 6.0.0
