Remove UPX compression

v0.6.0: Include annots in Glyphs; update poppler-0.73.0

Now we include annotations in the Glyphs field, which means that form
fields appear in the correct location in the output, as they appear in
the document.

This may have the side effect of rendering comments and other features
of the PDF. Currently that is seen as desirable since it means that we
pick up more content than we did before. However, it may be desirable to
add a command line toggle for the old behaviour. Please file an issue in
that case.
