BeginScope is broken

BeginScope no longer adds properties to the log event. 8.0.1-dev-10377 is the latest version that works as described in the README.

Thanks for the heads-up! I can't reproduce this locally - all of the BeginScope variants work for me with 9.0.0 on .NET 9. Any chance you can post a minimal repro, failing test, or an example of your configuration plus usage?

I made the repro as minimal as I could - https://github.com/rhssiiy/TestLogging.
If I use AddSerilog instead of AddProvider - everything works fine even with 9.0.0.
Now I have doubts, is this a regression or am I doing something wrong?
