Incorrect TypeScript declarations #61

For some reason, the generated ifvisible.js/ifvisible.d.ts type declaration file contains the following:

declare module "ifvisible" {
    module iVisible {

Which is an invalid module name, and this the types aren't being picked up.

Edit: this is for 1.0.6 version

@moltar I've fixed this issue in my fork: https://github.com/rosskevin/ifvisible/releases/tag/v3.0.0
