Can't add child bridge

I am running homebridge on a RPI4 in Portainer.

I have a rtsp stream:

rtsp://user:[email protected]:554

I added this as a camera. When I go to Settings > Cameras and select the camera, I get the confirmation "Connection established". However, I cannot see the stream (black).

I can scan the code to add the child bridge, but Homekit says the item is not found. Am I missing something?
