Allow Ctrl plus mouse wheel scroll to perform incremental parameter adjustments

I am aware that you could already do this by using Shift+Mouse scroll wheel up/down on parameters to activate incremental adjustments.
If possible / no conflicts, maybe can also assign Ctrl+Mouse scroll wheel to this same action.
Ctrl key is a little easier to access and something I have seen more commonly used for this function.
Not sure if anyone else would agree?
