The quest has markers for pickup and turn in but the actual objective of the quest is missing markers.
Suggested points to put markers are:
Tide Pool 1 at 48, 60
Tide Pool 2 at 47, 51
Tide Pool 3 at 48, 48
Tide Pool 4 at 47, 46
