Add FBO services info #124

This needs to be spec'd out further, but some way to capture FBO services available at an airport could be a good addition. These would include:

Crew cars (already captured somewhat with the car rental tag/textarea)
Plane rental
Flight training
Restrooms/kitchens/snacks/showers
Passenger pickups? Whatever other amenities are useful to GA folks.
