Give possibility to manually parameter an external feedreader not purposed (ex: KrissFeed)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I think that giving possibility to add a feed to an external feedreader is a good idea ! Except mine is not in tne list :) I use [https://tontof.net/kriss/feed/] on my personal distant cloud.

Add a manual parameter possibility to the current others.

Copy/past url. Tontof also give a javascript bookmarklet to krissfeed to add a new feed, but often broken (I don't know why)

@djizuss I'm guessing the reason that often doesn't work is the same reason implementing custom feed URLs is more difficult to implement. I use URL & URLSearchParams instead of String.replace() for generating URLs because it's better at formatting and escaping.

I'd love to implement this, and the necessity of it is why I've not resolved a few additional services in feature requests.
