Search by URL and Select Category not working

As I understand it, this is some kind of problem with the api, since the site https://ozonparser.ru/ is not available. I tried to run through Docker - there is also some kind of problem with the backend. I also tried to deploy the backend to heroku - it didn't work for me either.
