启动之后一直按shift键
进入grub，选择高级启动模式，然后enable网络，之后进去root shell

apt-get update
apt-get full-upgrade -y
apt-get install open-vm-tools open-vm-tools-desktop

忘记用户名怎么办？

#进grub 然后
ro改为rw quiet splash 后面加 init=/bin/bash
