bug with hawthorne 14 vs. 14a and the description in trip planner not matching the GTFS...

maybe update code for routes.txt to treat rows differently if it's bus versus max/wes/streetcar. If it's bus, we could use route_short_name? Make sure that's coming in from the trip planner response

The issue is that the trip planner returns "14 - Hawthorne" which does not match the GTFS "14 - Hawthorne/Foster"
