Describe the bug

In the validator management screen, it shows 15 validators. If there are more than 15 validators, there is no way to see the others. I'd expect a next page button also indicating the number of pages and current page I'm on.

This seems to happen on firefox.

I could get it to work on chrome, but then there are greyed out scroll bars
