Clarification on the statement This component is still actively under development! for policy controller docs

Question

was taking a look at the documentation for Policy Controller and noticed this blurb that says This component is still actively under development! https://github.com/sigstore/docs/blob/main/content/en/policy-controller/overview.md?plain=1#L17. we are looking to implement this controller in production so I just want to confirm what is meant by that statement. I figured it means that new features are actively being added but clarification would be helpful. thanks!

I know folks are using it in their production. We should probably revisit the wording there.
