Describe the bug
UpdateProjectMetadata() is used to update various metadata, but there are a few things that are not included, but probably should be.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an empty project
  2. Reset it with a real FLEx project
  3. Several things are not accurate: writing-system tags, FieldWorks version, "LangProjectId"

Expected behavior
These things should stay up to date when a reset or Send/Receive happens.
