Default product image sometimes causes an error on saving SiteConfig #1

To replicate:

  • Visit SiteConfig in the admin.
  • Under Shop > Catalogue remove the Default Image (if any is set).
  • Save

This generates (in some cases) a nested error. It appears the SiteConfigExtension is having some issues copying the default image and then attaching it.
