pyFAI-average does not supports hdf5

n the first step we get lost, or rather no result. We are using hdf5 data, conversion is more or less prohibitive due to the amount of data. The call signature is something along the lines of:
pyFAI-average -o average.edf input_scan_001.h5://entry/data

We didn't try to output another format than edf (hdf5/nexus would be preferred) for starters. The command runs, takes maybe a second to run, but doesn't seem to do anything. No output file, no messages, nothing.
