Problem with TimeGeometry display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only the year 2009 is displayed at my source, but there are data from 2000 
till 2012 available.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see vertical lines from 2000 till 2012, but instead of this, 2009 
only.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser and what
operating system?
Latest version.
Browser is IE 8.0
