Items out of nowhere not appearing in the transmission table

Steps to reproduce: I honestly have no clue everything dissapearing suddenly with no commands used ever is weird

What I expected to happen: My items to appear

What happened instead: no items appeared

Do you have any other mods enabled, Inventory management especially (like Inventory Profiles Next)? Those screw with keybinds, randomly interacting with the table (i.e. unlearning, putting in items)
