헤더 와 푸터는 모바일에 맞게 사이즈가 작아져야 합니다. 우상단 메뉴 버튼 ui도 같이 개선하겠습니다.

[모바일] 우상단 메뉴버튼 -> 하단에 메뉴 바 생성 후 고정
