I have had some trouble installing Anticipy on M1 Macs, because of libraries like SciPy. We should add a note about this in the documentation. I found a solution in the following thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65745683/how-to-install-scipy-on-apple-silicon-arm-m1/67586301#67586301
