Viewing an issue, but new comments are missing

I have been following an issue of mine on another project for some time and it has been very active between me and the dev. 2 days ago, comments stopped displaying after that point. Any new comments I have made or viewed outside the app.

Strangely, the ticket had a status change (reopened) a few hours ago and that was displayed in Octodroid.

When I view this ticket from Octodroid on another device, all of the comments show up fine, so it's just this particular device. Maybe there is some sort of cache invalidation issue?
