Да так и есть, очистил данные и новые отображаются нормально.

Создал администратора кластера и вбил данные в настройки узла.

Это не обязательно! Если его нет, то макросы просто пустыми следует оставить Тогда вопрос, а RAS на центральном сервере кластера запущен? |

в таком случае с какими правами запускается агент заббикс на сервере лицензирвоания, достаточно ли у него прав, чтобы получить список процессов ОС? |
Была с системной, перезапустил с правами администратора, под тем же пользователем и сервисы 1с стартуют, понаблюдаю и скину результат. |

Сервер лицензий на Windows 2016, используется только как сервер лицензий. Установлен Bash и Java c Ring и License Tools
