The SMART on FHIR Conformance page, Launch Context for EHR Launch section, contains the following:
context-ehr-patient: support for patient-level launch context (requested by launch/patient scope, conveyed via patient token parameter)
context-ehr-encounter: support for encounter-level launch context (requested by launch/encounter scope, conveyed via encounter token parameter)
This appears to be a typo. Since this section pertains to EHR Launch and not standalone launch, it seems to me that the parenthetical should begin with "requested by launch scope" in both cases, rather than launch/patient and launch/encounter.
