Highlight things that were autofixed

Part of the value of the review process is the learning aspects of it, but autofixing short circuits that and can make devs not know why certain things are better. We should be able to give a specific list of the autofixes that we'd like to highlight, and instead of just saying that we auto fixed some stuff, e should say what we autofixed (just a list of the types of things, not every instance).
