Dear developers, I got this error when using falco on a single fastq sequence with extra tags in the header. Example:
@794098d5-67f5-4d93-a3a5-a19d3bf4e2d4 MN:i:1119
[running falco| | 0%]malloc(): invalid size (unsorted) /nfs/scratch01/bi/mop4/27/f873aa32cd2be99c05869c27783d9e/.command.sh: line 4: 16 Aborted (core dumped)
Once I remove the extra tags it goes fine.
Best, Luca

@lucacozzuto quick question: was the input fastq in gzip format or plain text?
