Problems with randomNormal attacks #10164

Hey!! i just want to confirm if this is a bug or not:

I am using the websockets to play doubles... everything seems to be ok except when i try to use an attack with target randonNormal such as outrage:

if i do not specify a target the system says: You need to specify a target
If i specify a target: The system says that i cannot specify a target

Have anyone encounter a similar issue in the past?
