It was planned to apply some filters e.g., exclude sketches with fewer than 100 genomic hashes and those with extreme k-mer-to-bases ratios.
Also, it would be great if users can change the cut off of these filters and apply more. e.g. Filter out sketches high CV or WGS with high enrichment scores
