Automate adding new Snowdrop releases

Whenever a new Snowdrop release is created, we need to update the configuration appropriately to make the new version available to the generator.

If this is a task to be automated, then it should become part of the github project snowdrop/k8s-infra

Question. How can we notified/be informed that a new Github release is available ? @metacosm

It might be possible to add a webhook on projects which releases we are interested in. This could in turn trigger some process (would be good if it could be implemented as a github action).
