Ask for confirmation if user unloads page with unsaved changes #17

For now, the only changes that can be unsaved are notes. #16 may result in edits in general to be in an unsaved state.

An easy implementation is using the beforeunload event. Set a handler for it if there are unsaved changes. Clear it if there aren't.
