Paper by @polyakovkrylo from KU Leuven & Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology on his in-office hysteroscopy VR haptic simulation platform for training in spatial navigation and passage of the cervical canal.
Such training platform are the most efficient way towards the generalization of minimally-invasive gynecological procedures. In their paper, Poliakov et al. assessed the skill acquisition capabilities of the platform through experiments evaluating the execution time, the path length and forces applied.
