I'm having issues whenever I try to run the estimation engine. My MIR spectra upload and display fine, but every time I try to run a model I get the same error message:

"Error: error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function 'as.data.frame': invalid 'times' argument"

This occurs no matter whether I upload raw data, baseline corrected data or pre-processed data in csv format.

@a-ferrari1 can you please forward your CSV file (at least a subset) to my email or upload here? I will test predictions with your data first using R code, then in the SoilSpectroscopy Engine.

@a-ferrari1 we updated the OSSL Engine (https://engine.soilspectroscopy.org/), could you please check it out and let us know if the error persists?
