fix: 🤔 disabled icons color correction.

Current behavior

Disabled icons have the wrong color.

ex: sd-input in figma

Expected behavior

Disabled icons should be neutral-500.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check figma and storybook.
2. Review all components that consume disabled icons.
