Limited users group view

What happened?

It seems like since 5.9.10, there is a minor issue in the template view of limited users group.
The "new group" and "save" buttons are partially displayed.

How can we reproduce this?

1. go to control panel
2. freeform settings
3. create a limited user groups

When did this issue start?

• Fresh install of Freeform
