We observed the issue in our PFCWD testing with 202405 image on DNX. In our testing, PFC was enabled for tc 3 & 4 and PFCWD drop action was configured on multiple ports attached to the same ASIC. There were bidirectional lossless traffic (tc 3 & 4) going through these ports. After we flapped these ports between stormed and operational state a few times, we observed the traffic received by some of these ports were not dropped even when ports were in stormed condition.

CSP CS00012389279 has the details on why ingress ACL was not able to drop traffic received from some ports.
