Closing canon questions "rules"

Following some minor controversy it might be best to have some unofficial "unwritten rules" added to the Canon section.

These rules are obviously not binding in the slightly, but maybe they would explain why we do what we do. This will help people (who may not be active members of the chat) to understand some actions.
