Feature: Community Mod Addons

In order to eliminate "fluff" mods and better organize listings we would like to make a new feature for mod "addons". A mod addon is a modification to an already existing mod that supplements the original mod, but is not enough alone to be called a mod itself.

Examples include:

• music addons for a mod that allows custom music
• trader avatar addons for a mod that allows custom trader avatars
• preset files for mods that allow sharing setting presets

Requirements:

• should include versions
• should be listed on a mod's detail page
• addons should belong to a single mod
• addon versions should belong to many mod versions
• mod authors should be able to moderate addons that are attached to their mods (detach addon, but not delete)
• mod authors should be able to enable or disable the addon feature for their mods
