Description

Create smesher service API based on #6174.

Expose the API with the current statuses of identities. Enhance the current flow of statuses by including additional ones such as

waiting for poet registration
poet registered
post challenge wait
poet challenge received
generating post proof
post proof ready
atx ready
poet proof failed
post proof failed
