There are inconsistent units for radiances. We want to have the same units across the satellites.
$mW/m^2/sr/cm^{-1}$, i.e. the data is normalised to wavenumbers. In order to convert the data to $W/m^2/sr/um$, the data needs to be multiplied by $10$; $mW = 10^{-3} W$, $cm^{-1} = 10^4 {um}$.
@lillif, I added a function in rs_tools/_src/geoprocessing/utils.py called convert_units on branch 5-pipeline-extension. Would you be able to check it? I am not 100% convinced I did the unit conversions correctly.
