在 Apple、Microsoft 的中文及英文网站的产品技术参数页面上，数字与单位 GB、GB/s 之间没有空格，希望可以进行进一步说明。

一方面按照国际计量委员会的那个规定，排除那些特殊情况，那数字和单位之间应该加空格；另一方面又说了 CSS 和 UI 设计中普遍不加空格。那我们应该遵循哪一种呢？
