[Bug]: Au-STR data entry issues

Context

I am working on the Enoura Maru project in the new version of CoRA. This bug came up while updating DNA data for this project; DNA will likely be updated more than once as new results comes in.

Bug description

Several errors are present on the Au-STR input tab:

1. Edits to this page cannot be saved. (see banner at top in image)
2. 3 fields are not applicable to Au-STR data: auSTR Sequence Number, Sequence Subgroup, or Sequence Similar (see red X's in image)
3. 1 field is a repeat: Number of Loci and Loci (circled in green)

It would be good to have fields added for:

1. Priority Request Date (specific to nuclear requests)
2. Request Number (this number was issued by AFDIL to track nuclear requests)

1. DNA sample specimen selected.
2. Edit icon selected.
3. Data input on AU-STR tab.
4. Save button at bottom of page selected.
