[Enhancement]: Remains Status and Remains Release Date Fields

Description

If you could make a Remains Status Report that shows all remains in a project by their "release status" (Released or In Lab) with another column for the Date of Release this would significantly speed up ability to provide this information to QA/evidence coordinators when it is requested.

Additionally, this feature could help with closing out projects as it could show all remains left in a project after IDs are made to be written up as group remains.

Use Cases

Sometimes we need to provide cumulative lists of remains still in the lab versus remains that have been released for 100% evidence checks. We can add remains location information using the Remains Status field in CoRA but it is not currently easily searchable.
