Facebook requires extensive app review

Following the guide, I am presented with a page that informs me that the Facebook application requests more permissions and features than I have on the application. See attached image.

Am I doing it wrong?

I see that the app configuration dashboard on the Facebook developers site has been updated. My authentication that was established before these changes still works, however I'm not immediately certain whether it's still possible to configure a new application. I think the installation procedure is due to be reviewed an brought up to date.

I unfortunately don't have time to attend to this. If somebody wants to take the lead, I would decidedly appreciate it.
