Better instructions

Please rewrite the instructions to be more clear.
I'm trying to follow from the beginning, but I can't seem to find what is what.
For example, it doesn't say it's needed a dev account to create an app.
I create an app and starts to talk about business whatever and later on, it can't create the app because there are additional things to fill up.
Screenshots would be nice as well.
